Our cuts are European standards without compromise. Shrink vacuum packing
which is normally only used for export cuts is standard.
Our frozen veal has been matured for at least 2 weeks. Whatever meat is
defrosted is tender and can be used without fear.
All the vacuum packets are labelled and the very best hygiene standards are
applied during the whole process.
